State and federal regulatory agencies require that you provide each of your employees with these pamphlets explaining their rights in six important areas of employment law:

• Sexual Harassment
• Workers' Compensation Rights & Benefits
• State Disability Insurance
• Paid Family Leave
• Unemployment Insurance
• Survivors of Violence and Family Members of Victims Right to Leave and Accommodations

You’ll need both the English and Spanish kit versions if you also have Spanish-speaking employees.

When distributing these pamphlets, you’ll want to make sure you have the most current versions.
