These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern Subscriber's access to and use of the Professional Skills Library ("Library"). By purchasing, activating or using the Library, Subscriber agrees to be bound by:

• The CalChamber Terms and Conditions
• The EasyLlama Terms of Use, which follows.

If there is any conflict, the CalChamber Terms and Conditions shall govern except where the EasyLlama Pass Through Terms expressly control access to EasyLlama provided course content.
